After receiving your quote, you may have some questions on what to do next. When you are ready to reserve your spot, here are some of the topics that may come to mind.

HOW to MAKE RESERVATION?

The booking process is easy. There are 2 ways to place a reservation.
You can follow the link with quote details you receive by email or phone to safely place your reservation online or call our offices at 754-333-3598 so we can assist you by phone.

WILL THE DRIVER CONTACT ME?

Drivers need at least a 2 day window for scheduling.
Once the driver has added the order to schedule, you would be contacted to coordinate more accurate pickup/delivery times. We also send you all details including driver contact info to your email. Drivers usually call 24-48 hours prior to pickup to coordinate times.

WILL MY CAR BE INSURED?

Your car is fully insured from pickup to delivery. On pickup/delivery, the driver would conduct a vehicle inspection and should leave a copy at both spots. If there is any damage added to the vehicle from pickup to delivery, you can contact our office and we can guide you in the process of filing a claim. Our drivers are pretty good at caring for our customers vehicles. We rarely ever get any claims.

ARE PERSONAL ITEMS ALLOWED?

You are allowed up to 150 lbs of personal items as long as they are concealed and secured. These items are not covered under auto transport insurance coverage due to lack of inventory. This is completely up to the drivers discretion. The carrier will not be liable for personal items within the vehicle that are not part of the vehicle.

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE?

Payment is accepted in 2 parts. The first part is a reservation fee to validate the order. The name on the CC/Debt charge must be on the order to confirm your identity. The remaining balance is paid on delivery in certified funds. Some drivers will accept CC/Debt payment on delivery but must be coordinated between you and the driver. This is completely up to the drivers discretion. They will use apps like Paypal, CashApp, Venmo or Zelle.
