What details will I need when placing a reservation?

As usual, we will need the pickup address and delivery address along contact numbers for both points.

We will also need the Buyer Number & Lot / Stock Number associated with your order at the auction.

This helps their offices locate your vehicle allowing our car carrier to load it.

What if the car is broken and does not run?

Some auctions yards will provide assistance in loading inoperable vehicles by using a fork lift to load it on the auto carrier.

On delivery, it can be rolled off. 

If forklift assistance is not available, we can easily schedule a car hauler with a winch who can pull it up onto the car carrier.

This would be called Winch Service.
