Prompt/quick responses and when things got complicated with my pick up, I knew it was going to be worked out in the best possible outcome. And that's exactly what happened. We had a major delay due to an unexpected DOT raid on new rules for drivers. And Jonathan Parker worked his a** off to keep things on track. Updated me often, and gave me clear options.
