I’ve used Viceroy multiple times going to/from different states for both open and enclosed transport of my vehicles and they’ve always done a great job across the board! Never an issue

Call Jonathan. I was referred to him and I 10/10 recommend him for shipping your car. (I've shipped a few cars in the past & always experienced some type of a surprise price hike or adjustment) Not with Jonathan - he delivered what he promised. Will use again!

They moved my 2021 Range Rover from Denver to Tampa and did an exceptional job from start to finish. I called on a Thursday, and by Monday the vehicle was at my door — fast, smooth, and hassle-free. The car arrived in perfect condition inside an enclosed trailer, and the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend Viceroy for anyone needing reliable and professional auto transport service!

This is an excellent car transport company! Their communication via text and email is outstanding. Every step of the way they keep you informed. They arrived on time to pick up the vehicle, and delivered it to the destination as scheduled. Pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. Totally beyond expectations!

This company is amazing! Jonathon was extremely helpful during the whole process, giving me a reasonable quote and no surprises throughout the whole process. Even when my first carrier had mechanical issues and I thought I was doomed, he managed to find me a brand new carrier the same day and they delivered my car earlier than promised. I would absolutely pick this company again if I ever needed to transport a vehicle anywhere in the US under any circumstances. They make a stressful process stress free.

I used Viceroy Auto to ship a vehicle I purchased out of state, and I had an excellent experience working with them. The process was easy and seamless. They communicated effectively, provided constant updates, and I received my car just three days after placing the order. I don't remember the name of the company they contracted, but the driver was fantastic. I believe his name was Yuri. He truly cared about the condition of my vehicle, conducted a thorough walkthrough, and was an incredibly nice and kind person. Thank you!

My experience at Viceroy was great! They are honest and upfront, and there are no last minute switch and bait scenarios like I have experienced with other companies. Jonathan kept me informed and was available every step of the way.

It’s not something you want to get scammed on so I carefully shopped quotes and read reviews. I talked to multiple companies but ended up shipping my Subaru Forester from NY to OR with Viceroy and had zero issues. Dispatch was communicative the whole way, scheduling was easy, and the driver was friendly. It arrived earlier than I expected. I would use this service again and will recommend to friends if anyone has need in the future.

Dispatcher Jonathan Parker was very helpful, answering all my questions as we went along. The driver we got matched up with was great and came up with an easy solution for making it easy for us to pick up our car in Florida. We would definitely use Viceroy again.

Booked with another provider but after 8 days they still hadn't coordinated a driver. Found Viceroy and 4 days later my truck was delivered. Pickup at out-of-state dealer was smooth. Great communication and pricing. Most importantly, the truck was delivered without any damage! Will definitely be using them again.

I had never needed or used an auto transport company before. After days of searching and stressing over finding a company with good reviews and non scammy people, Viceroy fell into my lap! From start to finish it was easy and painless. I paid a deposit to Viceroy and then the rest in cash to the driver (who was also wonderful!). I had a great experience with Viceroy. Their quote was highly competitive and the transport went exactly as explained. I primarily worked with Jonathon, who is very professional and gave outstanding service. The pickup and drop off of the vehicle was on schedule - I was very happy with the driver the job was dispatched to. We had to make a late schedule change due to an illness and Jonathon responded quickly and made all of the changes. I highly recommend Viceroy.

Everything went better than I could have hoped. Johnathan was exceptional with his customer service response. We made a change on the fly and he was proactive in making it happen. The carrier kept us updated on the delivery time right up until the end when they thought they were at my house but they were actually at another dropoff point. I'm not going to hold that against them since the English language wasn't working too good for the driver. In the end my delivery was ahead of schedule and without any incident or damage. And requesting an open but getting enclosed really made the experience even better.

Update, used Viceroy again, 4th time, to ship a vehicle from Texas to Arizona. Everything was quick and perfect. Once again Jonathan was on top of everything. I am very pleased with Viceroy. They are my go to for all transport. I highly recommend Viceroy! This is the 2nd time using Viceroy this year.. Both times have been perfect. My dispatcher Jonathan, is always on top of things, very responsive, and deals with issues that arrive immediately and stay with it until all issues are resolved to my satisfaction. My 1st trip was a vehicle from NY to MN, the 2nd was a vehicle from MN to AZ. When you are transporting vehicles, there are a lot of moving pieces and things can go wrong. This time a day before scheduled pick-up the transport company cancelled. Within minutes of receiving the news Jonathan was on the phone, found another company and issue resolved. My car was transported to Arizona by MST Auto Transport. The driver, was awesome. He was polite, called me and updated me along the way, and most important, ON TIME! ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JONATHAN AND VICEROY
