I had never needed or used an auto transport company before. After days of searching and stressing over finding a company with good reviews and non scammy people, Viceroy fell into my lap! From start to finish it was easy and painless. I paid a deposit to Viceroy and then the rest in cash to the driver (who was also wonderful!). Jonathon Parker was my guide through it all, he was great! Would definitely use Viceroy again!!

I have to say that when I started looking for a company to get a car transported from Chicago to Houston, I found myself coming across countless complaints from people saying the company they shipped with created all types of nightmares for them. Everything from delays, miscommunication, to blatantly ripping people off with bait & switch tactics where they give you a low price and change it later. I dont understand the industry so much so I basically picked a name out of a hat. I ended up choosing Viceroy. They had pretty good reviews without all the nightmarish complaints. When I called, they explained everything in detail, sent me everything in writing and I was able to sign a contract online which stated all the details. Once my car was assigned to a driver, I was put into direct communcation with the actual person who was moving my car. I was told the vehicle would arrive in 5-7 days and it arrived within 6 days. My Civic was safely dropped off at my new home and I couldnt be happier. I paid about $800 total. If youre looking for auto transport service, give Viceroy Auto Transport a shot. If they treat you like they treated me, you can thank me later.

This company, notably Jonathan Parker, provides consistently excellent and responsive customer service. Excellent and responsive communication,, help you get done what needs to be done without your having to sweat it. Its chosen shippers have been professional and careful and good at communicating. I have used Viceroy on multiple occasions and would not think of going anywhere else.

I needed my car transported from CA to VA and they took care of the whole process for me. I had a couple bad experiences prior to that and finally found Viceroy. All I did was request a quote, booked my spot, the carrier picked up my car up and delivered it to my home in Richmond. Thank you

I had a great experience with Viceroy. Their quote was highly competitive and the transport went exactly as explained. I primarily worked with Jonathon, who is very professional and gave outstanding service. The pickup and drop off of the vehicle was on schedule - I was very happy with the driver the job was dispatched to. We had to make a late schedule change due to an illness and Jonathon responded quickly and made all of the changes. I highly recommend Viceroy.

Always available to explain the process of what to expect, especially if you're shipping for the first time. Very professional and courteous. Shout out to Jonathan Parker for overseeing my transport, and taking the time to be a available for my calls and returning my calls.

Quick to respond to inquiry. Car was delivered earlier than expected date. There was some hiccups on the day of delivery but that was not the transporters fault. They were fully engaged from beginning to end.

Everything went better than I could have hoped. Johnathan was exceptional with his customer service response. We made a change on the fly and he was proactive in making it happen. The carrier kept us updated on the delivery time right up until the end when they thought they were at my house but they were actually at another dropoff point. I'm not going to hold that against them since the English language wasn't working too good for the driver. In the end my delivery was ahead of schedule and without any incident or damage. And requesting an open but getting enclosed really made the experience even better.

Not too long ago I made a made a post on here because I was stressed about the vehicle shipment process. I have a 2019 Kia Sportage, and it needed to be shipped from Mayfield Hts, Ohio to San Antonio, Texas. It was picked up on 6/27 and delivered this morning. Everything went very smoothly. I had a relative at the storage facility for the pickup. I was on FaceTime during the inspection. Drop off went well also. Driver was great. I would definitely use this company again!!! 

Update, used Viceroy again, 4th time, to ship a vehicle from Texas to Arizona. Everything was quick and perfect. Once again Jonathan was on top of everything. I am very pleased with Viceroy. They are my go to for all transport. I highly recommend Viceroy! This is the 2nd time using Viceroy this year.. Both times have been perfect. My dispatcher Jonathan, is always on top of things, very responsive, and deals with issues that arrive immediately and stay with it until all issues are resolved to my satisfaction. My 1st trip was a vehicle from NY to MN, the 2nd was a vehicle from MN to AZ. When you are transporting vehicles, there are a lot of moving pieces and things can go wrong. This time a day before scheduled pick-up the transport company cancelled. Within minutes of receiving the news Jonathan was on the phone, found another company and issue resolved. My car was transported to Arizona by MST Auto Transport. The driver, was awesome. He was polite, called me and updated me along the way, and most important, ON TIME! ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JONATHAN AND VICEROY

I booked a week early and got around the day i needed it to be moved. And came a day early than expected even though they said it will arrive between 7-10 days but it came on the 6th day!. To think it came from Connecticut to San Diego, CA.

We had so much anxiety over the transporting of our 72 Mustang from our parents house in Fl to our home here in NH. We are so thankful for this company showing us not all companies are bad. After many hours of googling and asking other car owners... We finally found Viceroy Auto!! We definitely will be shipping our next car with you as well! Keep proving the statistic wrong!
