Enclosed Delivery was great and fast communication was very good with Johnathan  . I requested an enclosed trailer with a lift gate and he was right on it. The transportation company wrapped my car in plastic inside the trailer which was a very nice touch . I would absolutely use them again in the future

I was grateful to have found Viceroy for my car transport from Colorado to Virginia. It took me forever to just get comfortable with the idea of using a broker, letting someone take my car and trusting that it would arrive on a timely manner. The car they transported is special to me (I always keep my cars in prime shape inside and out) but my son really needed a car in college. Thankfully Viceroy was great! Setup, communication, pick up and delivery were all handled without an issue. The car was delivered on time, in good condition and the final payment was easy. Everyone I worked with was helpful and kind. If the car survives a young man at college, lol. We'll use them again to bring the car back.

Really happy with Viceroy Auto Transport. They found me a reliable carrier that picked up my RAM 2500 on schedule and delivered it safely to Florida. Their dispatch team was responsive and kept me updated whenever I had questions. Great service all around! 

From the very beginning, Jonathan Parker exceeded expectations. Clear, and timely communication. A Ridiculously great work ethic. Prompt/quick responses and when things got complicated with my pick up, I knew it was going to be worked out in the best possible outcome. And that's exactly what happened. We had a major delay due to an unexpected DOT raid on new rules for drivers. And Jonathan Parker worked his a** off to keep things on track. Updated me often, and gave me clear options. It was a wonderful experience.

We’ve used Viceroy a few times now, they moved my dad’s car a few months ago and recently helped us move both mine and my wife's cars again.
We’re in the middle of a pretty stressful move back to California after realizing Virginia just wasn’t for us. The summer humidity, unpredictable weather, and a lack of real Mexican food is making us feel out of place. It was a relief working with a company we already trusted after seeing so many bad experiences and even going through a few myself in the past. Everything went smoothly, communication was good, and our cars arrived safely.
Prices were definitely higher this time around, but that’s kind of expected with gas prices lately. Still, overall a good experience and we’d use them again.

They shipped my tacoma and my gfs nissan from Charlotte to Seattle! Went super smooth, had no worries at all. They delivered our car 3 days earlier than expected! Great communication with JP and our assigned carrier Turbo Auto! They were the best i can’t stress that enough, i almost went with a bait and switch broker but with these guys everything is agreed upon upfront with no worries of bait and switch. Trust me i did extensive research and found them a week before our move and im so glad i did. JP, Viceroy, and Turbo Auto keep doing good work in this industry please.

I contacted Viceroy auto transport a few weeks back to ship my AMG in emclosed transport from Wisconsin to Florida and they did a great job. Communication was on point and everything worked out well according to schedule. I would most definitely use them again

They moved my 2021 Range Rover from Denver to Tampa and did an exceptional job from start to finish. I called on a Thursday, and by Monday the vehicle was at my door — fast, smooth, and hassle-free. I recently moved from California to Alabama, and Viceroy Auto Transport made the whole process so much easier. I’ve had bad experiences with car shipping in the past, and it honestly feels like this industry is full of scammers. That’s why I was blown away by how professional and reliable Viceroy was.

This is an excellent car transport company! Their communication via text and email is outstanding. Every step of the way they keep you informed. They arrived on time to pick up the vehicle, and delivered it to the destination as scheduled. Pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. Totally beyond expectations!

This company saved me so much stress and time, with their smooth process for getting a quote, ordering a carrier and getting the car delivered. Jonathon was attentive and always ready to hop on the phone during the process. I even had an issue where my initial carrier was unavailable due to a mechanical issue, he was able to get another carrier within an hour and a half and that carrier dropped my car off early!! If you’ve been hesitant with the process, this is the company to go with. I will be using Viceroy if I ever need to ship a vehicle again.

This company is amazing! Jonathon was extremely helpful during the whole process, giving me a reasonable quote and no surprises throughout the whole process. Even when my first carrier had mechanical issues and I thought I was doomed, he managed to find me a brand new carrier the same day and they delivered my car earlier than promised. I would absolutely pick this company again if I ever needed to transport a vehicle anywhere in the US under any circumstances. They make a stressful process stress free.
