Step 1: Starting the Booking Process

Click the Blue Button:
In the quote email you received, you'll see a blue button labeled
"CLICK HERE to BOOK".
Click this button to begin the booking process.

Step 2: Confirm Contact Information

• Contact Information Page:
  You will be redirected to a page where you need to confirm your contact details. This includes your name, phone number, and email address.
  
• Shipment Details:
  The page will also display the details from the email you received, such as the vehicle information, pickup and delivery locations, and the total cost for the shipment.
  
• Continue to Booking Details:
  Click the green button labeled "Continue to Booking Details" to proceed.
  

Step 3: Validate Your Reservation

• Verify your name, phone number, and email address.

⚪ Pickup Contact Information:

• Enter the name, phone number, and address of the person at the pickup location.

⚪ Delivery Contact Information:

• Enter the name, phone number, and address of the person at the delivery location.

⚪ Vehicle and Pickup Details:

• Confirm the desired pickup date.
• Verify vehicle details such as the year, make, and model, as well as its condition (e.g., runs/drives).

  After completing the final booking step, you will be directed to a thank you page.

What to expect after placing your order:

1. Charge Verification:
   You should have received a Charge Verification receipt in your email upon booking.
2. Ready for Dispatch:
   You will also receive a Confirmation Email with the details regarding your order. Please confirm everything is correct. If there are any errors, contact us direct  immediately to 754-333-3598 or quickly send us an email with the issue to: [email protected]. Remember to attach the Reference # or Order ID# that can be found in any email you have received from us.
   
3. Dispatch Notice:
   Once the driver adds your order to schedule, a Dispatch Notice will be sent to your email with the carriers contact details and more accurate times for both pickup and delivery.
   

Once you receive the Dispatch Notice, feel free to reach out to them direct at the phone numbers provided. Assigned car carriers should contact pickup and delivery contacts 24-48 hours prior to meeting to coordinate a time period for transaction to take place.
