Why We Stopped Using This Carrier:
Matos Transportation Services Corp was previously utilized for vehicle shipments due to their responsiveness during the quoting and dispatch process. While our initial interactions with the company were positive, recurring communication issues after dispatch led us to discontinue using this carrier for future assignments. 

Our team experienced multiple situations where requests to coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers were acknowledged but not completed. Timely communication between the carrier, shipper, and receiver is a critical part of the transportation process, and consistent follow-through is necessary to ensure a smooth customer experience. 

Although the staff was courteous and professional when accepting orders, the lack of reliable communication once shipments were dispatched created unnecessary challenges for both customers and support personnel. As a result, Matos Transportation Services Corp is no longer an active carrier partner within our network.
